GOEGI provides services and products to you always subject to the following terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of GOEGI. By accessing, browsing or utilising any or all of the services and products within the GOEGI Web Site, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained herein. If you do not agree with the stated terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers, GOEGI advises that you do not use the Web Site whatsoever. GOEGI reserves the right to amend, change or omit the Web Site within the World Wide Web at our sole discretion. Additionally we reserve the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms contained in this document and to which, by your utilisation of the Web Site and the network, you will be legally bound.
Pricing Information
Prices of products and services displayed on this Web Site are deemed to be competitive and current. However prices vary on occasion and the ultimate supply of all products and services are subject to availability of the specified products.
Ordering
An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on the GOEGI Web Site. GOEGI reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices and products and delivery charges, and product and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification. To efficiently process your order you must submit your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card. You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on or though the Web Site or other harmful component. Your contract with GOEGI is operable when GOEGI advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.
GOEGI accepts the following credit cards: - Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that there is a three (3%) percent surcharge on all transactions when paying by any American Express Credit Cards. Your Credit Card is charged at the time you place your order. GOEGI accepts Cash, Personal or Corporate Cheque, Telegraphic Transfer or Direct Deposit.
In the event of you, the Customer cancelling an order after acceptance by GOEGI of that order, GOEGI reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the total value of the order.
Credit Card
Using an accepted credit card online will speed up your order confirmation and processing. We understand that security is crucial when ordering online and would like to invite you to review how GOEGI uses only industry-standard security technology to help protect its customers.
You may choose to purchase a service by credit card without sending us your credit card information online. If you prefer, a sales representative will contact you by phone for your credit card information or you can print out your completed order and fax it to us.

Complete a bank deposit advice slip (Available at any Ulster Bank Bank) with the information below and deposit it along with your cheque or cash at any Ulster Bank Bank. Please write your name on the deposit advice slip and mail or fax to us.

Termination
GOEGI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice. All restrictions, licences granted by you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by GOEGI set out in the Terms will survive termination.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds and Credits are subject to the individual Services actually provided by GOEGI and may vary from service to service. Please ensure you carefully read all the specific Terms and Conditions applicable to your service prior to placing or confirming any orders for these services. In certain circumstances refunds for services are not available.
Credit Limits – Excessive Use
GOEGI may at their sole discretion impose credits limits on all or any Customer accounts. If at any time this credit limit is exceeded or if excessive use is occurring on the Customer’s account then GOEGI reserves the right to immediately request full payment of the outstanding balance from the Customer or alternatively debit the Customers nominated Credit Card for the outstanding amount.
Credit Card Fraud
Unauthorised use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and the provision of a false name and personal details will be considered fraudulent. All and any fraudulent activity will be subject to prosecution by the fullest extent of the law.
Failure to Pay For Services or Goods
Payment is due (14) fourteen days from date of invoice for Credit account holders, except that COD accounts are due prior to delivery.
GOEGI reserves the right to retain possession of goods or in the case of services provided suspend those services in the event of non payment of an account by a customer until such time as the customer pays the total amount outstanding.
The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that GOEGI has a lien over all Goods in its possession belonging to the Customer to secure payment of any or all amounts outstanding from time to time.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using any of the GOEGI Web Sites, you signify your agreement with the GOEGI Privacy Policy. If you are NOT able to agree with any aspect of this policy or the GOEGI Terms, please do not use the GOEGI Web Site.
GOEGI reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add, or delete portions of this privacy statement.
